Health and Wellbeing

The health and wellbeing of all our westies is just as important as our own health.  To maintain our dogs in optimal condition we ensure that they are provided with good nutrition at all stages of their life cycle, annual veterinary health checks (as a minimum), preventative treatment for internal and external parasites when necessary as well as regular grooming.

Doncaster Veterinary Hospital is where we go for all of our reproductive needs for our Westies.  The team is lead by Dr Stuart Mason, whom has amazing knowledge and skills in small animal reproduction.  His team is equally amazing.

These are our emergency vets when emergencies arise after hours and are located in Shepparton, 45 minutes drive.

Parasites

Parasites can and do affect the health and wellbeing of our pets.  Depending on the parasite and other factors (pregnancy, age of the animal, location) determines whether we use preventative treatment or treat as and when required.
